tommy610
So I read many people were having the same problems as me. Running paint.net and the program just hangs there, and you get a "not responding" error. I went through the whole process of reinstalling, paint.net repair program, .net repair, run as admin, etc. You name it I did it and nothing worked. Here is my little fix that got mine to work after so long. Beaware that this fix might not be for everyone, but I hope it did the trick for some. Right click your paint.net shortcut, then pick "Run with graphics processor," then select other than the default. This did the trick for me to get it working again. I am running paint.net on a laptop and have my nvidia card selected as default. So running it on the integrated graphics worked for me. Goodluck!
