screamin_jesus Posted January 19, 2007 Share Posted January 19, 2007 I was previously using Paint.NET beta 3, and today I was prompted to update to RC1, which I did, not PAINT.net chews up all my CPU and freezes, I can't do anything without it freezing and lagging, beta 3 did not do this. Pentium 4 3.0E HT (HT enabled) 1 GB PC3200 RAM XP Professional SP2 GeForce 7600GS EDIT: I went into the BIOS and disabled HT and now it is working correctly, so it seems like a bug with hyperthreading.
