Urgently need help for blending costume and face.

Hello everybody. I need the resultant photo with these specifications:-

Passport size colour photograph.(Dimension:35*35 mm, Format - .jpg, .jpeg, Size :Maximum 500 KB)The photograph must be formal with white/off white background.

You should look straight at the camera and your head should not be tilted in the photograph.The image quality must be appropriate and the photograph must not be a

scanned copy.

I need to replace the non-formail dress with formal one . So, please someone mail me the resultant photo on <snip> or please provide tutorial.

I have attatched both the photos.

First, nobody is going to do your work for you. There are instructions in other posts here on how to do solar work.

Second, I am not sure about the legality of using a modified picture for a passport (even for what you are asking).

My suggestion is to simply go and have another photograph taken.
