brenth Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 Help, I just got 3.5.8 today and tried to save a PNG with transparency. It removed the transparency. I tested it with just load an image, save as..., ok. Reload -- no transparency. I tried to reload 3.5.7, but it just gave me 3.5.8. Is there a place to download 3.5.7? pyrochild Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 When the PNG Save Configuration dialog pops up after hitting Save, you need to select 32-bit or auto-detect. 24-bit won't save transparency, and 8-bit can only save fully transparent or fully opaque - nothing in between.
