Sarkut Posted July 27, 2010 Share Posted July 27, 2010 (edited) Paint.net doesn't have layer masks of the Photoshop type. You can make a mask on a separate layer and apply it using the Alpha Mask Import plugin effect. If the people on different layers don't overlap, you can Lasso select around them, invert selection and press Delete.
