drawdE Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I've noticed that a file saved that is only slightly altered, with text perhaps, is nearly 3 times the size of the original file. At 100%, is the program literally saving more data in the picture? How can it save more data than was originally present? Why the change in file size? Thanks Quote
Sarkut Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 (edited) You are referring to JPEG files? If so, the file may have been saved originally at 70% to 80%. When you edit it, then save at 100%, it will result in a bigger file size. Edited July 6, 2010 by Sarkut Quote
