Click on new image set my height/width etc click magic wand, set tolrence to 0%, then press delete, then fill my image with #333333 using paint bucket. I then click on layer properties and set to 161 on the opacity, looks great. now If I save it, they image just goes solid, yet if I save as .png the transparency works fine, but I want .gif.
