supersmatt
Hi Is it possible to replace an (overcast) sky on a landscape in paint.net? In Photoshop you can have the landscape (with the overcast sky) as on layer and a photo of a bright blue sky below it. Then you use a tool to make the top layer transparent where you specify (ie. with teh mouse pointer brush). This allows the blue sky to show through. once you have finished you can flatten the two images to form one jpg. Is this or some similar process possible with paint.net? Thanks Matt
oma
its called an eraser for the top layer where you don't want the old sky. look for the tut cut out the easy way. you are just cutting away the bits you don't want and inserting in a layer below with the new sky. quick answer but yes absolutley you can do this in paint.net. ciao OMA Quote My Deviant Art Gallery Oma's Paint.Net gallery
