ATL Art man Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 i just came across this site http://www.cartoonme.com/en/and i thought how cool it would bea 2 have a plugin in paint.net that transformed images into cartoons, i know making a plugin like this is no easy task, but it would be pure awesomeness
