How to add "edit" context button to .webp files?

Just having path in [\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\image\shell\edit\command] works for jpg, png, gif but isn't doing it for webp.
 
I've added [*\Paint.Net 5 x64\paintdotnet.exe" "%1"] to [\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.webp\shell\edit\command], (had to create [shell\edit\command] folder structure), but it hasn't appeared.
I had it working before, but forgot how.
 
I'm using portable version 5.0.7.
Windows  11x64.
