scan line problem

Hello !!!!

I am new here.... and I have just started to use PDN3.55..... .so far so good..... it's a very good program.....

Now I have question.....

I have just downloaded the scanline effect from a plugin-website.... and it works fine...

But I want to use the scanline effect diagonal.... to make a top banner like it is shown here... http://www.the-digital-artist.de/website/Startseite-1.html

Is there somebody who can help me....

The diagonal lines plugin might suit you a little better. You can control angle and width. http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=6483&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=diagonal+lines

Or you can use rotate/zoom located under layers
