RedShift1 Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 Hello all I'm looking for a way to create a blue circle with an inner hue/glow like the attachment? I tried drawing a blue circle, then on a new layer a black circle with a gradient but I can't get the inner radius of the gradient is too small to get a nice crisp inner glowing edge like the attachment.
