Also, you can use Evan's Conditional Hue/Saturation plugin. It gives you more range as it allows you to isolate shades of a color in an image and then change them.

NOTE: If say the shirt color is a shade of blue and there is a lamp in the image that is also a shade of blue, but you only want to change the shirt color. Make(draw) a selection just around the shirt before you use the plugin. By doing that, the plugin will only recognize the selected area and thus it will only change the shirt color and not the lamp color.
