I'm confused about the following blurb:
"pyrochild.effects.REQUIRED
Not a plugin, this file contains resources that are shared between multiple plugins.
Must be installed regardless of which other plugins are installed."
Is this file included in the download of plugins shown on this page or is it some file that must be download from some other location? If it must be installed where is it and why isn't it included in this download? I've already downloaded the plugin pack and added them to the Effects folder.
