The card and PC are new and kept dust-free. my PSU is 650W, the card needs 28W 12V and I put out a max of 38W on the PCIe cable, CPU is 125W with a dedicated cable. I have about 25% headrom. The GPU is not overclocked at all and runs at minimum, I don't game but do video. Yup, new drivers came out last week and is WHQL certified.

When I try to render flames, clouds, among other tasks, My PC reboots. I have recently upgraded to a nVIDIA GTX460.
