hey, just wondering, please can you help me?
umm.. this is my first day, i finally figured out how to download paint.NET (im a bit on the dumb side ), but now i cant figure out for the life of me how to download plugin's
i followed the tutorial, step by step instructions, but they dont seem to work. the files are on my comp, but not showing up in pdn?
in my pdn file, i have no effects folder, and i read that instead i should post it into file types instead?
i tried that, and it showed the zipped folder, which i have to extract the files from because i havent got winzip installed?
then, after extracting them, they show up again, and ive been told i have to unlock them, by going to properties. after click unlock, okay, should i be able to open up pdn and they should be under effects?
