Ok hello ... first time here ... I ... have a question , I used earlier versions of Paint.net and I have installed plugins the way is stated here , you know...open the effects file drag the unzziped effects in thar file .......but I got the newest version of paint .net , and found some nice effects that i'd like to add to my Paint.net , but this is what I find when I ...open paint.net in program files so ... I don't knowwhat to do now .... can someone ilustrate me ...? please..........
