  1. Thank you for your answers. I read about the clone stamp after I made the post. I am finished but, I am still new to this site and I'm unsure on how to post them here. Beside's I think they're too big. I do have the original on Photobucket, as well as "an attempt". I am currently reworking it and will post it when finished. Original: http://i651.photobucket.com/albums/uu23 ... tscan2.jpg Restored: http://i651.photobucket.com/albums/uu23 ... gianl2.jpg Thank you again. Paint.NET is a GREAT Program. By the way, this is my first time ever doing something like this.
  2. Long story short, I was given a copy of a picture of my dad and a family friend. The colors are faded, you can see discoloration and worst is the picture was folded in half. Any suggestions on how to restore it? Mostly the crease from the fold. I tried using the search and was unable to find anything. I'm still new at this and I believe I have most of the plug ins. Thank you in advance.
  3. I would like to first say that I have just started using paint.net and so far I've been able to do the tutorials. Except I am having difficulties with one of the steps for "Popping out of a picture". The instructions are: "Move this layer above the black box layer. Then select the black box layer and use the magic wand to select the box. You can then use the "move selection" tool to elongate the box so that it creates a white frame around the picture." I do that but no white frame is forming. I just have the basic program for now. Since I noticed I cannot do dents. so I was wondering if I may have missed something? Or, there is more that I need to upload to do this. Thank you.
