uhm okayyy :? what folder should the dll. file be in? It's in the effects foler at the moment.

I have downloaded the plug in. Saved it to effects and unblocked the file. But it still doesn't show up under effects or adjustments when i re-open PDN. What has happened? I have tried to change the custom effects file to always read able insted of read only and hidden. But once i click apply and close the box it the file goes back to read only again? Is that the problem? Arrghh
