How comes l haven't noticed you before? :?
Amazing pieces of art, keep up the good work!
Because I am a very sneaky and crafty guy. Just ask my friend, Welshblue, and he'll tell you a thing or two about me that nobody knows. Another thing, I was known as Storm.Shadow.
That's why I thought your art was familiar but not the username...

Choose the gradient tool ,

I believe the water reflections is the correct one. I got help with the color burn, I still can not get the water to appear or anything. There has to be steps left out in this tutorial, if so, Im so beyond angry...as I have been working on this for days. Do not publish tuts if they are incomplete. How is a newbie suppose to learn the difference?
I think I know what you're doing wrong. The water plugin has to be used on the background layer, not the one you just created. Am I right?

Just edit your post.

I would recommend learning about perspectives. I found a site that shows the very basics of one- and two-point perspective.
It makes huge difference, especially if you're going to make more complex scenes, belive me!

If the parts you want to recolor isn't fully black or white you could use the Conditional Hue/Saturation plugin.
It's available at Evan's effects.

I've made one, I hope it's what you're looking for.
If you're planning to print it, I recommend downloading the vector-editor Inkscape (free). Then you can use the .svg file, that way you can resize it lossless to the size you want.
Here's the .svg file:

I think he mean putting an image on a signature, it so simply select the part, copy (ctrl+c) and paste in the canvas where the signature is supposed to be.
