I just recently downloaded paint.net and i have been looking at the tutorials.. there are some that intrest me but I cannot do because I dont have the plugins.. I downloaded them and put them in the effects folder of pant.net, but they still dont work.. Does anyone have this problem? Am I supposed to wait for them to show up or something?

i do exactly this and the plug ins won't work..
