Thank You Simon, I had a feeling it was something very easy but just could not figure it out, Maybe because I have spent about 50 hours in the last 3 days trying to learn paint.net. LOL
Maybe it is time to take a break.
Thank You,

Sorry if this is a simple question but I have searched and just can not find what I need but I know it can be done. I want to have a canvas and add 2-3 .jpg pictures of different sizes on that canvas. I also want to be able to move the pic's around and place them where I want them. Any suggestions?
Thank You,

They all look Great. I hope you keep posting more just so we can look at your wonderful work. Don't listen to pipp's rudeness as it was not called for. Thanks again for sharing your work.

Well I think I should practice more with Shape 3D and the rest of Paint.net before I get ahead of myself. This is the best I could do and it's not worth this post. LOL Shape 3D is very hard to use as a noob so back to the basics for Me. :?

I made this pallet using 3D World Studio and want to try and do it using Paint.net so I can get a cleaner more detailed look.
I just want to know if this would be the best way of doing it.
I am going to create each board on a separate layer using Shape 3D. Once I create each board I am going to manipulate the boards into place and then merge all of the layers.
Would this be the best and easiest way to accomplish this project?

I love this one. Have you ever thought about doing a tut for it?

Yeah, I like the colors too
Although the text could use some anti-aliasing (true feather)
I will have to try that. Thank You

Thank You, I know it is a little busy but I am just trying to learn how to apply different effects. I just love the water effect and seem to use it in all of my pic's. Later today I am going to start trying to create objects such as boxes, tabels and such.

This picture size is only 300 X 100 so maybe that is the problem. Thank You very much.

I don't believe photobucket removed them, most likely the maker of the tut did.
:?: :?:
That is what I figured. Can you add into the rules that if you do remove the thumnails that are used in a tutorial that you also remove the tutorial. Just an idea.
Thank, Peorge

There are a lot of tutorials that use photbucket as the hosting site for their thumbnails. I have found a lot of the thumbnails have been removed from the hosting site which makes the tutoial usless for a noob like me. Could I ask that these thumbnails be restored to the hosting site's or the tutorials be deleted. This is just an idea to save space and get rid of old, outdated work.

Thank You very much, I have figured it out and added many plugins and am having a great time playing around with all of the new options. I really love the water effect but would like to learn how to create an ocean effect. I will figure it out after more practice. This is just so addicting I can't get away. It is 1:30am and my girlfriend is getting mad so i guess I should get some rest.
thanks again,

I have searched and came up with nothing. I want to create a wood pallet without a picture to go from. What I am talking about is a pallet like you would see in a warehouse. I want to create the entire thing in paint.net. I looked through all of the tutorials and can't find anything that will help me do this. can this be done and if so could someone point me in the right direction, 3D, textures ect... I am pretty new with this but am willing to spend hours learning because as i learn more I just can't get away.
If I need a photo to create this please let me know or if I can create the 3D object in 3d World Studio or MilkShape 3D please let me know how to import it to paint.net.
Thank you all for the help and all of the great tutorials I have read and learned so much from.

I am reading a lot of tutorials and you need certain plugins to do them. I have found the plugin forum but was wondering if there is a plugin pack which includes most of the plugins used around here. I have been D/L single plugins and putting the DLL files in my Effects folder but when I open Paint.Net I dont see anything different in the dropdown menue's.
I am hoping for a single D/L with a pack of good plugin's, Is there any such thing?
Thank You,
