Do not try to open the plugin with Paint.NET. Read the first post. I did and that doesn't work.....

How do I update because when I try to open it, I get "The image type is not recognized, and cannot be opened." Help!

You know how you could make website layouts Photoshop and splash pages? (Photoshop = too expensive.) I found PdN is similar to PS and I wanted to know how to make splash pagesand/or layouts. That'd be a HUGE help.
