  1. Abraham Lincoln? Just messin'! *Serious now... Andy Warhol? Van Gogh.
  2. Did you use gimp? or photo shop? That ball is cool. Hey try doing some borealis in a ball like that. If you could animated it to look like a live aurora borealis inside it would be sooooo bad. Hey blooper could you try that same effect with imaging a face. Its pretty obvious what major artist I am thinking of, pretty cool result from what I assume is a cube.
  3. Well I am guilty of likeing flashy gfx on a web page. If I had a forum Id do something like this as an alternative for people.
  4. Nice work janet, a few tweaks here and there and you could cover a couch with such a fabric. Its got some cool appeal. Bob that sig is great. This one took forever, I was just testing sphere placement.
  5. Heres a quick idea for a web page i threw together. There was a lot I didnt do for the lettering But I probably wont persue it unless its accepted.
  6. Thanks oma, I have only been using PDN a week, That blood ball on the banned is My best ball yet. As far as comp art goes I am as green as they get, fortunately I am an artist/musician/chef Among many other creative things. Whne I get good at this I would like to see about doing food art with this just for giggles. Like 4 star dishes and that. Right now I have the animation bug going, it seems to be a tedious challenge. This first run siggy animation requires a lot of patience and a keen rememberance of what screen is what; in order to smooth it out I will have to make a system for organizing frames. Nice gunwork, Barkbark.
  7. super stuff. what hits me most is how the RGB clow on each cube seems to indicate a very basic or fundamental aspect of doing stuff like this. I could read many statements from that from I understand a lot of what I am doing to know your basics. The depth of field on the water surface is excellent.
  8. That must have taken some time. Pretty sweet pattern
  9. I would have lensed the backgrounds before I merged it with the sphere and rotated the line to the bottom.. The comtrast is pretty cool.
  10. The banned story is long and ugly, and really a bad story at that. yeah I am new at thisn I just figured out glass balls layering today. This is my first run at it.
  11. A little something I whipped up for me and the boys.
  12. More plug ins and a lot more fervent searching for the capabilities limits on all of it. There are some great tweakers here on this software. I am just a grain of sand on this beach. But thanks to PDN I colored it and shaped it myself
  13. I was just making siggies and then I downloaded paint.net the other day.I am going on day 3.I seriously wasnt intending on getting crazy with it until i made a few trick items. Honestly I swaer i never thought something like this would ever interest me. In xara I was plugging along nicely until I realized , this is kinda gay coach( no ffense intended to anyone) A ferrari for a buddies sig. Turned out super cool. Then I realized Id have to really work at bieng creative 3D6 to compensate for the lack of ability. So i found this sweet little program and turned out this first based on this A nebula and a teraflop chip in a tao configuration(yin yang) Which in theme is pretty cool. and this was the end of that xara/PDN first run, And Break time one for the boss; And then after reading the fire tutorial I have never used computer art software in my life except in the past week-10 days. Xara was a cool siggy maker but PDN took my vision farther. a lot of this fractal stuff is just self education with the last one bieng more expressive . This is really a sweet program.
  14. That tutorial worked out very nicely. Thanks.
  15. Wow what an incredible site. I am simply amazed at this program. I really never pictured myself a gfx tweaker until I started making siggy bars for the crew at xcpus.com. Now it just like *speechless* I honestly didnt think I would ever get into somethig like this till I tweaked a nebula and an intel wafer shot to look like a yin yang sphere, just by guessing my way though the interface. This stuff is awesome.
