with photoshop you can make stencils like this but i cant figure it out on paint.net

My CS3 trial offer is over and i dont know how to make stencils on Paint.net just on photoshop.

Is there anyway i can put glow only on one side of the whole picture.

yes but the problem is how do i get more than one picture on the canvus on at least have them in there own layers?

this is probably wrong but, press open and get the other picture i want on my "siggy" and it just opens a new tab, i guess....
