Agreed, PdN will get you what you want, heres a screen shot of the interface.
It has all the basics and the plugin forum will provide any extra effects you may desire.

Issue resolved - please do not post

Well,
I've made a 70 frame animated .gif for a gallery and it's somehow 11.7 MB, which sadly for me, hotmail dose not support such large sizes and the corp said they will not accept links to images.
Do any of you have any suggestions? I've even put the annoying thing in a compressed (.zip) folder and it still wouldn't accept it.
I'm very frustrated with this considering it took so long to make in hopes it would be placed in the gallery.
Thank you in advance.

That's amazing Spike, very nice.

I know, but it takes time to load, which gets very repetitive and irritating.

When you try to save a .gif or .jpg you get a save configuration window as we all know, would it be possible to have an option that just uses the default values, not opening the window, and save us the trouble?
I'm sure to most of you this isn't an issue due to not having to mass-save, but when your making an animated .gif and you need to save the 60+ pics, it dose take time to load and dose get annoying. And yes, that is the situation I am in. I have an animated .gif I need to save 60+.gif's for.
So, for convenience and the sake of not having to look at it, what are all of your say in this?
I am checking the thread often

Nice plugin, I'll play around with it

Yes, thanks, didn't notice that, could you place that in the first post? Top left is default if you never changed it before.

When you said to IMAGE > Canvas Size: Select By Percentage with a setting of 125%
You should now have a circle that is perfectly centred on your canvas. Mine dose not turn out that way, it turns out like so:
I set the % as so:
Don't know what I'm doing wroung
Also, my try turned out like this, which is another problem.
Any help?

I agree, I was actually going to request this, glad I saw yours
I use Photoshop at school and constantly play with the liquify filter, I think it would have been a great addition, too bad we can't
