Yeah it works with my anti-virus turned off but when I turn it on again it dident allow me from running the installer becouse it said it can harm my computer

When I try to download a plugin, it appears in a .html file instead of a .zip file. (I was trying to download BoltBait's Plugin Pack v4.2.12)
