  1. Also you might need to clean up some images manually: magic wand -> shift + click to select the same colors.
  2. I would recomend you to use contrast, curves and levels. Also you can create script with the plugin when you will find results recognizable by the AngioTool

  4. @Ego Eram Reputo Yes, we have talked and agreed that it cannot be a part of the original plugin while it's not intuitive that layers with a specific name are "saved" as groups (paint image layer data is lost, plugin works only with the regular groups). So it's not a WYSIWYG approach but for me it's important to have a workaround now, and if someone else is searching for that and understands the consequences you have an option. P.s.   5. The Scalable-Vector-Graphics-Plugin-for-Paint.NET is updated with Layers support. Please check the latest version. I have tried plugin from the original post but some layers are skipped, so it was fixed for this one. New: Layers Opacity can be stored as a layer property. Import of hidden Layers Groups boundaries. Extra layers will be created to wrap grouped layers. Layers names are the same as for PSD plugin. So you can export your SVG file and save as Photoshop files with folders/groups support. See the link
