I didn't know what a Cubist Self-Portrait was, I had to google it. This could be interesting.......
**Edit** I didn't like the 1st image, this one is also a little puzzling..........

Added a couple of things...

I love it! The only thing I would request (if it's not too much trouble) is a zoom function to zoom in on the image in order to create better control of spline placement.
I know you're a cono sur of fine classical American actresses, so here is a bone....

You are working with an image editor that can pretty much do anything with pixels. The only limitation lies between your ears. Experiment and learn from your mistakes.......
Remember a tool (any tool) is only as good as the craftsman that yields it.
Good Luck.

It's called "Motion Trail" and can be done a number of ways. You can for example duplicate the object layer and use a motion blur on the lower layer to make the motion trails. The top object will retain all detail.

Hey TR, where did you get a copy of PDN v4.0.6 ? I'd like to take it for a spin.

I gave the full details in post #8.
Thanks about the plane animation. I have a better full animation of clouds, but it's too large a file size to use as a sig, so I went with static background.

I don't get it either. If you want a tight forming text bubble, why not do something simple like this?
-
How about using BoltBait's Object Outline with a fat radius on the text, then add arrow or Lightning bolt on bottom?

Applying "Tile Reflection" (using negative Curvature values) to the Ipollock results in an interesting colored glass texture.

Tried it and works great to export animated image sequence for use in external programs.

Thanks! I didn't know what the Galleria was until I searched.

Kinda reminds me of the old "Deep Paint" program. So I went with that theme and made paint splatter texture.

It works well, thanks....

Thanks nitenurse79. I must say you're prettier than any nurse I've had yet, you were also born the same year I graduated High School........

Create a blank layer below the text, use Rectangle selection tool to select the region and fill with black. Use the rectangle selection tool to delete away the parts you want..........

I'm liking this plugin for quick 3-D work.

Good point. I never used Layer Saver, but it sounds like the preferred method when you want all layers saved. I generally only need to save 1 or 2 layers, TR's Export Selection works perfect for that.
-
In addition to what was already said about the Simon Brown plugin. If you want to extract each frame into it's own image, you could use TR's Export Selection to save each selected layer as a png file for example.

Way to go Pixey, Great job!
If you play with the settings, you can make the bubbles float up and pop at a certain point.

Yes, I know. I tried both standalone and plugin versions on an image, not video. I did a 4x upsize on a jpg for comparison tests.

I downloaded v1.1.29 and it has an interesting list of resizers. I was surprised it did not include nnedi3 or even Spline64 resizers. In my limited testing, I couldn't find a resizer in the list that would outperform nnedi3 in upsizing.

Excellent stuff Red! The guitar sounds great in the video, but it would look better with a good transition or two, or maybe a simple cross-fade.
Your artwork is top notch stuff for sure!
