Thanks for the explanations . I will try out. My canvas size 2008*2880 . I save all my images in this format. Then i make a .cbr file from the jpg's and for open this .cbtr file use cdex display.. Maybe this size is too big for that program and font is not so clear when we read the comics. This is not happening when using the arial kind of fonts . This is only problem with original light weighted fonts. When i take prints from my inkjet in photo mode, 720 dpi minumum, there is no problem . But after finisihing text, how can make smaller size pages easliy. There are huge number of pages i am working with. can i choose all the pages in one time and decrease the size? otherwise , it is too difficult to do it page by page. regards,

hi; david, thanks a lot suugestion of using layers. TechnoRobbo; please tell me how can resizing the backgrund 200 % before starting tex. Again, at the moment i am working directly .jpg. But in the future maybe learn and works layers. I am not too much experienxce with these kind of programs and how to use layers and then convert them original format. I just looking for a simple and quick soloution. For editable text :it is not too big problem at the momenrt. simple mistakes , deleting with brush and re type again.. The resolution of my images are mainly 300-400 dpi. so , i think the imömage quality not a problem.but i wonder resizing 200 % , can you explain? regards,

hello , thanks for the opinion. I am not using layers. I open the .jpg image file and directly start to write text in the balllons of comic books. So i need the strong effect at that moment while i am writng the text. İn photoshop there are additional options with text button. They are give extra weight to the font at that moment. sharp, crsip, smooth, strong . I am mainly need strong effect , which is make the font semi bold.. İf there is a way to do this , please let me know . Unfortunately photsop is too slow for me inserting text, therefore im ausing paint.net But maybe in the new version of 4 , thesde options will be added in text menu.. regards..

Thank you for the offer but using bold and /or usinf different fonts couldnot help me. I need to make an effect like pfotoshop strong mode, a little bit more bold but not complete bold. Because i also use bold in the different places on the text. I need the buuton or effect to make the font semibold, this means a little bit dark.. Anyway thank for the opinion. regards,

Hello freinds İ am using paint.net for inserting tex to the comic books .like zagor, tex, dylan dog, etc.. i generally use thin fonts and in tex area i couldnot make them like photoshop tex : sharp, crisp, storng, smooth options.. my font thickness is not enough to read this comic after finishing. Bu t i mut use that thin font. BUT , if wee have on option strong, to make the font more thick , than everything will be excellent. can you suggest anything to do that? like using arial font and program makes it like arial black (not bold) semi bold , with using strong effect before starting to write text. can anyone help me regards,
