I just got done with installing the new drivers from there website 5.08 as they ship the BAMBOO's out with 5.05 on them. You may want to updateyour drivers if you have not already. As for sensitivity go to Start > All Programs > Pen Tablet > Pen Tablet Properties On that screen you will find an option for it. I think it's called tip feel.
