It's a little old but it does what it needs to in regards to creating Animated Gifs. http://www.jhepple.com/gif_animator.htm I use Paint.NET to create and modify a GIF and then I alter it a little at a time and save the files in a separate folder with the title Frame 1, Frame 2, and Frame 3 for each image, and so forth and then compile the images in the GIF Animator and I'm set up and ready to go.
