Pixelated text carved in stone?

So I've done a few Google searches and asked a couple other places, but Google ignored the word "pixelated" and will give me a few Photoshop tutorials to change text so it looks like it is carved into stone. Also included the word "font" a couple times but that didn't help. 

 

Thanks for any help, I'm not getting very far by myself...
