The only thing I noticed so far in the latest release (and I'm not sure it's a new issue) is that when you create a new layer, it's always at the top. I think it would be great if the new layer is created above the currently selected layer. I'm sorry if this was already mentioned or if this post is in the wrong section of the forum.
