inoxuno
My question is a bit stupid: is it possible to remove the decorative shadow that Paint.net show around any pictures? I find it annoying, when I try to resize an image, because I can't see clearly where the real borders of my image are. Thanks.
Sarkut
There is no provision for removing the shadow around the canvas. ========================================== For anyone interested in a work-around when cropping - To have the area outside the selection be masked while positioning to crop: Make a new layer and fill it with white. (Or whatever color you prefer) Make a tiny Rectangular selection within the area that will be retained after the crop and press Delete. Magic Wand inside the deleted rectangle, then activate the Move Selected Pixels tool. You can move the alpha selection, resize it, and change its aspect ratio, while the area outside the selection remains blocked from view. When it looks right - Crop to Selection.
