Error on startup

Hello,im new to Paint.NET and getting a error on startup,which is in german(i am from germany).

Here is the pdncrash.log :

pdncrash.log

Does anyone knows a solution for this?

I realy want to try this out.

Try reinstalling Paint.NET. What happens when you start it up then?

I allready tried whit reinstalling.

The error im getting is this:

Paint.NET muss beendet werden,da ein unbehandelter Fehler aufgetreten ist. Nähere Informationen zum Fehler wurden in der Datei 'pdncrash.log' auf ihrem Destop gespeichert.

Which translatet is something like this:

Paint.NET must be shutdown because a untreatedly(translated by google) poped up.More Informations to the Error were saved in the Data 'pdncrash.log' on your Destop.

Then try reinstalling the .NET framework, I suppose.
