BlitzGal
I have used Paint.NET for about two years now and haven't had any problems, but now I can't even get into it!!! If I click on the icon to start up the program I get a window that pops up and says: "Paint.NET has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of soething, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We hace created an error report that you can send to help us improve Paint.NET. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous." Then it has a "Send error report" and "don't send" button the the bottom I clicked the "send error report" button the first time this happened and didn't try to get onto Paint.NET for a couple of days. But when I tried to get back on after the few days, it came up with the same window!!!! I don't know what to do!! Please help!!!
Venatrix
try deleting paint.net and redownloading it, if that doesn't work there could be something wrong with the computer not the software. :?
BlitzGal
I tried to delete it but it says that it's unable to delete. So then it tries to do something and comes up with "Fatal Error" TT_TT
