freeform select tool

I'm sure the answer to this is ridiculously simple but where is the freeform select tool? I find the rectangular, lassoo and ellipse but not a freeform tool. Simple left clicking and pulling the point results in a lassoo type configuration. A just need all four sides irregular, no circular lines or straight lines.

The lasso select tool is freeform, click the tool and drag wherever:

Thanks so much! I knew it would be simple. I had been using the Paint program that came loaded on my computer and it has a separate freeform select...so thought I should be looking for the same with this program.
