Paint.net won't find my printer

Recommended Posts

This problem has nothing to do with paint.net.

When you print, paint.net simply opens the Windows Print Pictures app. The printers listed in that app are the ones that Windows knows about.

To scan, the scanner must support Windows Image Acquisition 2.0 (WIA).

You should investigate Windows | Settings | Printers and Scanners to see why your device is not visible.
