grimreap Posted October 10, 2008 Share Posted October 10, 2008 hello. i just downloaded this program and i was wondering if there is any way to place a simple border around a picture. what i want to do is this. i have a picture of my daughter and i would like to put a white border around it. think infant pics that the hospital takes (they want like $40 for it and i'm poor). the pic is in the middle and there is an oval (the inside border is fuzzy). i have very limited photo editing skills but i do know how to fiddle with programs. is there an add on that has this particular border that i could add? if so just point me in the right direction! sorry if this has been posted before but there are like over 140 pages here... u_u any help is much appreciated. also colored pencil effect would be awesome too...
