Hi, I recently (sept 2022) started using Paint.net to augment my image editing; in addition to the programs I now use. Primary has been Olympus Workspace (now 2.1) , Luminar 4 and since the New Year 2023, Topaz DeNoise AI. I allowed the recent update to 5.02 to install on Feb 25, 2023.  On doing so, Paint.net immediately started giving me 'OPEN' errors when attempting to open/load both Luminar 4 and DeNoiseAI jpg images.
