Okay. So I'm trying to do some art. and when I used the unfocus effect, to ya know, add focus to the picture, A white outline appeared around it! I don't know what's happening, and I've tried all sorts of things. there are no white outlines on it before I use unfocus. but after, it does this:

 

 

 This is the before picture. This is after. (I added the black background so you could see the outline, that's not part of the glitch)

 

I need help with this glitch. thanks pal, yours truly.

Okay, I found a solution. You just have to gaussian blur it a little bit before using the unfocus, and the white outline goes away. So for anyone who's having the same issue, you can do that.
