LOVE
I am exploring Paint.net as a useful alternative to Photoshop but it seems to be unstable. The dialog boxes and pallets are a little annoying when its fade when the mouse is not on it. This also could be the memory on my system (RAM). If this is the case let me know about it. Thanks for an great tool!
HITMAN-X-
It does that to show whats in focus. However you can turn it off. Click on the dialog box title bar (This is the bar with the name of the dialog box and the close button for that dialog box). Now go to the Window dropdown list and uncheck translucent. Do the same for the rest of the windows and that should fix your problem. EG: Click the tilte bar tools and then go to the top of Paint.NET were the drop down menus are and click windows then uncheck translucent. Now the tools window should be soild now.
