Souls
There was a thread created a while ago (Spoiler) that was related to the problem I have right now, and I read the pinned thread at the top of this sub-forum regarding this issue but it didn't help (I tried installing .Net framework but it said it was already installed, and tried using Windows Installer Cleanup Utility but it wouldn't run). Honestly, I can't seem to figure out what to do for the life of me and it's very unfortunate because I use paint.net for just about any kind of image editing and whatnot. The problem might have been caused because I installed paint.net to the non-default location, but I'm not sure. Spoiler
