  1. after spending the last while trying and failing to figure out how to program macros for my keyboard, I've given up, cant figure out how to make it work. I'll just use the mouse I have for my ipad, since its nowhere near as zippy.

turning down the dpi sensitivity on a gaming mouse designed to be fast and zippy and smooth gliding, just isnt an option since it makes the mouse pretty much unusable for anything else.

    so..ipad mouse it is.

  2. so I've run into an issue with paint.net that is solely the fault of my mouse..its a razor basilisk v3, set to 1600dpi, on a razor firefly v2 gaming mat..this is very helpful for gaming performance.

the problem occurs when doing precision work on a project. my mouse is WAY too responsive, and dialing the dpi down makes it too unresponsive.

now, I already know pdn allows for cursor control with the keyboard arrow keys, are there keys assigned for when say using the pencil tool, eg one key controls black, the other controls white, one key can act as a mouse click when using lasso select..

kind of like an accessibility mode as it were if that makes sense?

  3. so, got two issues to report, firstly, my colors window briefly went completely transparent today when using the rectangle select tool to set a drawing boundary on something I was working in, when I went to select the pencil tool, after setting the boundary, is when it went completely transparent. subsequent mouse over brought it back to full normal visibility.

second issue, when commanding a manual zoom using ctrl-mouse wheel forward, the zoom slider control/indicator on the bottom right does not move, and on subsequent mouse over, indicates both prior position and current position zoom, with use of the - and + buttons restoring proper function of the ui.

to be clear, these two problems are only happening within the program proper, not in any of the program settings menus.

I am attaching a screenshot of the second problem only, as I have not been able to reproduce the first. now that I'm actually filling out a bug report, I cannot visually reproduce the issue, but will supply a screenshot at my first opportunity to do so. I am attaching my PDN diagnostics log in the meantime.

  4. so I've got a problem, trying to format some lovely images from the james webb telescope for my mobile devices as wallpapers, but everytime I try to import one particular image, it loads with a distinct green tint.

the one on the left is a straight saved file, the one on the right is a copy/paste to paint.net.

is there a setting somewhere thats causing this that I can easily fix? see linked screenshot...l legitimately have no idea what is doing this.

I'm doing a straight uninstall of my current version of pdn, and installing a newer up to date copy just downloaded.
