I can't open them. It says there was an error opening the file.

I got it . Just now there is a big white space where I didn't put anything. Is there any way to get rid of that? Also when I save the file as a gif and open it up to see how it came out it shows a still photo of the files. Why aren't they animated like they should be?

Was wondering how to stack gif files one on top of another if possible. I have 3 gifs that I want to stack in an L shape so I can have the bottom of the L for two of the files so as to compare them side by side. Thanks in advance for any answers.
