Anyone? Please help! I loved Paint.NET!! >.<

My computer's new. I got it in February. It's runs on Windows 7 if you're wondering.

Ok, I typed "sfc /SCANNOW" in my start search-thing, and a block box [command prompt] appeared for like .5 seconds, and went away. So I just now download Microsoft Security Essentials and I should be fine to download Paint.NET?

The link to MediaFire was broken. And I don't know how to tell if my systeminstaller.exe is corrupted. [From link you gave me], how could I? Thanks for all the help, guys. I means a lot. I was so disappointed when it consistently wouldn't download, and I know you guys will be able to help me.

Oh, and #4 didn't work for me either yet.

Why's that? -- Also, I did #2 and it still doesn't work. You said to try #4?

Okay, so I made a whole new user account on my computer, and I cannot install Paint.NET. When I do, it says error 1603 and I have to click "finish". Please help! Thanks in advance.
