Nimue

Hello everyone, I've been doing some little things with Paint.NET and this forum has always been essential to help me get many things done, but now I have a problem. I would like to put this image http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/it/archive/2/25/20100811093538!Provincia_di_Pesaro_e_Urbino-Stemma.png and make something that looks like a wax seal out of it (kind of like this : http://www.pastrugni.com/tutorial/varie/cera/b4.jpg) but I can't get anything good out of my experiments.
