Where do I find the instructions for PAINT.NET? I prefer just to go to my help menu or to have my instructions somewhere I can down load them and have them there all the time to find answers by seafrching an index, rather than having to search around a forum, spending hours doing so and waiting for an answer. I just do not have time for this forum, I never find answers here and if by chance I can stumble across the topic, I can rarely understand the answers. Why doesn't this software just come with instructions?
