    I have been using paint.net for quite a while now. I was wondering if there was a tool like... When you click on it, a small window shows up. You type in a length and width. Lets say 125x125. When you type it in and press enter, it makes a rectangular selection of that length and width. Is there a tool like that in paint.net? Is there one in photoshop as well? Thank you in advance.
